1️⃣Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG做咩?有咩龍頭代表?

⭕️Property:主要分為地產商、Real Estate Consultancy同Property Management 公司。咁當中當然以地產發展商MT嘅發展最好!一般Property Developer嘅工作分為賣樓部(Sales and Marketing)同租務部(Leasing),咁唔使講都知retail leasing目前一定係最受疫情影響!

🔺龍頭代表:新地同恒隆等本身都有開MT Program!

⭕️Conglomerates:即係公司業務跨行業嘅綜合型企業,不單業務種類多,大Conglomerates通常係國際大Brand,入到去做Exposure同Prospect都會好唔錯!

🔺龍頭代表:Swire、Jardines同MTR

⭕️FMCG:係Fast Moving Consumer Goods 嘅簡稱,意思係指日常生活入面嘅快速消耗品。因為產品嘅價錢唔會太高而又係生活嘅必需品,消費者係購買時會比較隨意,但係小數怕長計,加上消費者會一再回頭去買呢啲快速消耗品,所以係一個既穩定又有發展潛力嘅行業

2️⃣FY必報埋Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG嘅4大原因

⭕️所需Technical Knowledge無銀行業或Consulting咁深:無可否認,報Banking同Consulting時需要具備嘅行業同相關知識好多,如果之前完全無相關銀行經驗,對Non-Finance,甚至係Non-BBA同學嘅同學仔來說,都會比較難Pick up到相關知識。不過Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG所需要嘅行業、產品或Technical knowledge其實係會比較容易學嘅,入門難度無咁高

⭕️Job Ad會遲少少出:雖然我地成日話Recruitment Season係8月開始,但其實Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG會係大約10-11月先開始出Job Ad,簡而言之當你係8-9月做完投行同大銀行嘅申請後,到10月除左做面試外,開始會有時間報更多工,而Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG就係你唔可以錯過嘅申請啦

⭕️為自己建立更多Safety net:雖然有唔少同學一心一意係想入銀行,但我地唔能夠忽視係目前政治同經濟咁唔穩定嘅情況下,一定有唔少公司會cut headcount,而我地可以應對嘅方法就唯有係報多幾份工,保障自己!當中以FMCG更為明顯,就算經濟幾唔好,大家都一定要繼續買同用紙巾、洗頭水等嘅快消品,相信呢個行業嘅發展會比較穩定!

⭕️無Return Offer:係呀,你無睇錯!無Return Offer竟然都係必報原因!不過呢點僅限Final Year先有用!如果你係報緊Internship,當然要睇實邊間公司有Return Offer,但到左搵Grad Job時,其實報無Return Offer公司,反而代表左所有Headcount會留返俾你報!而Property、Conglomerates 同FMCG大部分都係無return offer (最多可能有fast track!)
