✅Global Markets超簡介：
Global Markets Team又稱Sales & Trading (S&T)，簡單黎講就係iBank Front Office嘅部門，一般我地會將之歸類為Sales Side，可以分為以下3條Teams：
⭕️Sales Team
⭕️Structuring Team
⭕️Trading Team
好多時同學報工果陣已經要揀好入邊條team

✅報Global Markets Team要留意咩？可以幫到你準備面試？
除左上述同學報Global Markets時，好多時要揀定報Sales/Structuring/Trading Team外，有唔少投行仲會講明今次Recruitment係要Focus係邊隻Asset Class。所以報S&T，一定要知道認識不同Asset Class：
⭕️Vanilla Products: Cash Equities, Cash Bonds, Interest Rate Swap, FX Swap
⭕️Exotic Products: 多數係指比Vanilla product複雜嘅derivatives products，好似 Equities, FX, Credit, 唔同嘅Asset Class都會有做

✅唔同投行嘅S&T專注邊類型Products?
咁不同投行嘅S&T有唔同優勢或Focus都好正常，一般來說可以分為三種：
⭕️擅長Vanilla Products: 如Hang Seng, CCBA, Bank of China, ICBC, Standard Chartered 及DBS
⭕️同時擅長Vanilla Products及Exotic Products：如 HSBC, Citi 及Bank of America都好出色
⭕️最專注做Exotic Products： 最鍾意做複離野嘅就好似有Son Gen, Crédit Agricole, CIB, Barclays, Morgan XXXXXX, JPM, GS 及BNY Paribas等投行！
▶️咁同學睇完之後就知道，自己面試不同投行前要特別睇下邊類Products。又或者你對邊類Asset Class有興趣，就應該特別落力去報邊幾間投行！

而每間投行都可能有特別強嘅地方，以下就係俾同學參考嘅一啲例子：
⭕️UBS: 係Equites方面特別出名
⭕️DB: 跟得HKCareers耐嘅同學都會知道，好耐之前DB已經退出左香港嘅Equites業務！而家最專注都係做返FICC！
⭕️Barclays：佢地都係同DB一樣做FICC多
⭕️Crédit Agricole/ Soc Gen: 係Cross Asset Class Products 方面特別出名
⭕️Macquarie: 就會係Commodities trading方面有好大優勢
⭕️Goldman Sachs/ MS: Prime Brokerage包括Margin Financing同Securities Lending
