2018 銀行MT Interview秘訣!


9月已經過左大半,Big 4 都已經差不多Close Application,來緊同學就要應付Banking 嘅Application。

我地會係呢篇Article講Banking Interview Procedure同過每一Round既秘決。

1。Aptitude Test (上星期已講) 2。HR In / Video In/ Phone In 3。Assessment Centre 4。Panel Interview/ Individual Interview with Senior Management

第二關:HR In / Video In/ Phone In

早幾年,Banking 第二關會主要由HR 做 Phone/ Face to Face Interview,唔知喺 係唔係公司覺得HR In 效果唔係太好,今年大部分嘅Bank,例如:HSBC、渣打、UBS、JPM 都轉左做Video In。

咁呢一Round嘅Interview 主要評核Candidate 語言能力同邏輯思維,所以主要問啲 Behavioral Questions 同CV Based Questions ,例如:

- How do you handle stress/or conflict with colleagues? -Tell me a time when you had to be a leader? - What is your strength and weakness?

所以我地會建議同學有時間一定要打Script,咁先可以有策略地喺呢啲 Behavioural 嘅題目到展示到個人嘅Charisma。

第三關:Assessment Centre

喺Banking Assessment Centre會主要有三個大方法:

1。Business Case Analysis,主要一組 6-8 個同學,用小組討論嘅形式去分析個Case。同學會有15 - 20分鐘準備,之後會有35-40分鐘討論。 之後每個人都有大概10分鐘時間,Present比interviewer。 Business Case Analysis 會喺最難嘅一關,除左考核同學作為Team Player嘅表現外,亦考驗同學基本Business Knowledge 嘅根底: Financial Statement嘅分析、Peer Comparison 或者Market Positioning,等等。同學可唔可以由大量數據中搵到問題同提出建議 ,會喺呢個Task嘅難度之一。

2。Individual Case Analysis,會比較似Business Case Analysis。但喺需要個人用60分鐘時間準備一個15分鐘嘅Presentation。

3.而近年就比較少公司使用Role Play,但恒生及Bloomberg等都有用。同學會有20分準備個Scenario或者喺Case,再用30分鐘同做個Role Play,主要考核同學Selling Skills 同Problem Solving Skill。

最後一關會喺:Panel Interview/ Individual Interview 喺銀行世界,呢一關除左會問你CV Based Question 或者Behavioural Question之外,仲會有啲Technical Question,例如:你對我地嘅Banking Product 嘅認識等。
